Sally from Ruther Glen

I was working at a factory, and I loved it. I had recently been promoted. We make sandwiches, and there was always food on the floor. One day, I slipped on some of the fallen food, and I broke my knee pretty badly.

The factory wanted me to see their doctor instead of my own, and this doctor diagnosed me with a sprain. But as time went on, I was in so much pain, I had to go to the hospital. That’s when it was discovered that I had a break, not a sprain. It was around this time that the factory started treating me terribly. They just wanted me to go away. That’s when I reached out to Allen & Allen. Right away on the phone, Jennifer was so wonderful.

Insurance had denied me. My employer’s insurance was even trying to question my character, asking what kind of employee I was. I was working late in age, and working late hours, but I was still the kind of employee that had just been promoted! Well, Jennifer got them in the end. There was a deposition, and I finally got the medical care I needed. Physical therapy, massage, everything. There is even a clause in my contract where I may need to have a knee replacement surgery down the road because of this injury, and if so, it will be covered.

Jennifer was marvelous. She may not have realized this, but every time I called with a question, I was worried I might be bothering her. But she never acted like it. She was so understanding. I brought her flowers and chocolates to thank her for all she did. She was just perfect.
