John from Ladysmith

I’m an electrician. I was out on a job, and when I stepped off a ladder, I fell right through the floor. They hadn’t done the floor properly. It was too thin, and I crashed right through.

I tore my rotator cuff right off the bone. Surgery number one was to repair that. Surgery number two was to repair new tears in the cuff that happened during physical therapy. Surgery number three, they had to do a total reverse replacement surgery. I’m done with surgeries. Altogether, I’ve been in recovery for over two and a half years.

My company was good at first. My boss was planning on retiring though, so when I needed my second surgery seven months later, my boss said he was done. I called Allen & Allen. Jennifer was attentive to every detail. She answered all my questions, and on the rare occasion no one picked up, I got a call back very quickly. The service was amazing. I had a great experience with Candice too – they made everything so cut and dry.

Jennifer’s knowledge about the workers’ comp industry is incredible. I would absolutely recommend her.
