I was on Interstate 95 riding in the passenger seat, when we were stopped by some traffic. Suddenly, we were rear-ended by a car, and I was hurt pretty badly.
I suffered whiplash, a concussion, and was hurt from my neck to my lower back. I had to get two surgeries on my neck, therapy, the whole deal. To this day, I still go into traction daily and do physical therapy at home. When I go in for an appointment, I feel better for the first day or two but the pain comes back.
But thanks goodness, I’m still walking, still dancing and I’m alive. A lot of this is thanks to Leslee. I had a wonderful experience with her. She was professional and compassionate, and I trusted her. This is because she listened to me. She took the time to answer all my questions. I respect her because she’s so knowledgeable. And let me tell you, I wouldn’t want to get on her bad side! She fought hard for me.
