I was rear-ended on 95 and beat up pretty good. I had a shoulder tear and a bunch of other injuries – luckily nothing that required surgery. The problem is, I was hurt badly enough to be rushed to the ER, where they had to do extensive testing. When you are in pain and don’t know the extent of your injuries, you have to let the doctors do their job.
Well, that testing costs money and since it was the other driver’s fault, their insurance company became unfair and unreasonable. That’s when I called Danielle Kent. I have nothing but praise for her. The other insurance company did not make it easy. She had to muddle through the back-and-forth with insurance, even through the pandemic when everything slowed down.
Danielle was an excellent attorney. She took her job seriously and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I have to give credit to her legal assistant Brandi as well. I was happy with the settlement, and appreciate everything Allen & Allen has done for me.
