The Allen Law Firm is thrilled to announce that Marketing Director Laura McMillan has been named to the 2024 list of Unsung Legal Heroes by Virginia Lawyers Weekly!
While attorneys rightfully get many accolades in the legal world, they will also be the first to admit that it takes a team to keep the engine running. Many people work tirelessly behind the scenes to help firms achieve legal success. McMillan doesn’t work directly on cases, but is always on the case to put attorneys in their best light.
The Marketing Department at Allen & Allen has a large responsibility – driving business growth. Laura aims to highlight the accomplishments of every attorney, from big wins to client testimonials. She also oversees every aspect of the firm’s Marketing initiatives, from media buys to creative. “She’s had such a positive impact on the Marketing team,” said Fayeruz Regan, the firm’s marketing content manager. “She encourages each of us to lean into our gifts so that we can feel more fulfilled, while challenging us to grow in different ways.”
