The personal injury law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that attorney Christopher Toepp was recently named as a Shareholder of the firm.
Since joining Allen & Allen in 2012, he has proven to be an exceptional litigator in the courtroom. He’s handled hundreds of bench and jury trials in a wide array of practice areas, such as tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle wrecks, and car crashes. Recently, he secured a $1.56 million settlement for a catastrophic injury case.
“During his years at Allen & Allen, Chris has shown his remarkable talents on behalf of the injured. We look forward to his contributions on an even larger scale. He will definitely be an asset to our leadership team,” said Edward Allen, president of the firm.
Toepp has been named as a Virginia Super Lawyer since 2017, and “One to Watch” according to Best Lawyers. He was voted a Reader’s Choice Top Lawyer in the Richmond Times-Dispatch and named “Legal Elite-Civil Litigation” by Virginia Business magazine for five consecutive years.
“I have dedicated much of my legal career to advocating for injured people throughout Virginia. Being named Shareholder at the Allen Law Firm is the greatest professional honor I could ever hope to receive. For more than one hundred years, this firm has provided the highest levels of service to our clients, and I look forward to sharing that responsibility with my fellow partners for many years to come,” says Toepp.
