Our client is a flight attendant for a major air carrier. In May of 2023, he was walking from the parking lot to the airport where he worked. As he attempted to cross the “Arrivals” concourse, he was struck by a vehicle that was backing up.
As a result of the impact, our client sustained a fractured left ankle that required surgery. Due to the physical nature of the flight attendant’s job, he had to miss 26 weeks of work. He has since returned to work at full capacity, with no restrictions or complaints.
