My husband and I were traveling down Route 29 and this dump truck kept slamming into the side of us. I don’t know what he was thinking or what was going through his head, but I can tell you we had nowhere to go. There was no shoulder. We went off an embankment and ended up in a rocky ditch.
My husband had minor injuries, but I had a burst fracture and a compression fracture in my back. I did physical therapy for about a year, and still needed surgery. I had a spinal fusion. But after a month off, I had to do post-surgery physical therapy too!
Scott and his whole team were wonderful. They were responsive, and if we ever had any questions, they had the answers. He offered great legal advice. I can’t speak highly enough of Scott, and we are grateful to have worked with him.
